Book 1 in Hauser Brothers Series:

Miley Johnson is a senior in high school, she is extremely shy and she loves photography. She can capture every emotion, in and outside of the object or person she takes a picture of. But she can't read her own emotions as well as she can in her pictures. She doesn't understand how to feel, or how to accept her emotions.

Miley doesn't know what to do, she feels trapped. Lost in her own world, like she has no one to lean on, or to ask for help. Until she meets Cody Hauser the quarterback on the football team. He knows how to read her. He knows how she feels, and how to help her. Only if she chooses to let him in, and push aside their rough history together.

A/N: this was one of the first books I ever wrote, so be prepared for cheesy (but cute) stuff and some grammar issues.

Katelyn has been in and out of the foster system since her mother died when she was young. After her father gets put in jail again, she gets sent to live with the Thomas family. The Thomas's are a very well-off family with four boys. Their house is usually the main hangout for the boys and their friends. Kate hasn't ever lived with siblings before, let alone this many boys, so it's a big change for her. Daniel is your typical high school football player; he's got the looks, the muscles, talent, and even the overbearing dad who wants him to go pro. Daniel, however, really couldn't care less about a career in football, he loves the game, but it's his dad's dream for him to go pro, not his own. At least not anymore. He spends most of his free time away from his house and hanging out at either the Thomas or the Copperfield house. He can't wait to go off to college with his friends and get away from his dad and the stupid little town he grew up in. How will things change for them over the next year? This will be a series of 4, but the other books will be spin-offs and can be read as stand-alone books. They will, however, be published in chronological order. Full warning, this book is much shorter than I intend on making the spin-offs. I was planning on writing book two as the first in the series but found myself needing more of a prequel to all three other books, and so I chose to write something from their high school years. Bonus points for giving Daniel a love interest that was more than just a name.

The problem all began three months ago. He didn't want to be alone. I didn't want to be alone. The rest is history. ______________________ Emmi Parths hates highschool. She isn't some social outcast, but growing up in a small town with idiotic rumors spreading every fives minutes, she isn't particularly crazy about putting herself in the middle of everything, keeping herself social but never the main attention. But when her path crosses with Mason Andrews, she has no choice but to toughen it out and start dealing with rumors face to face. Unfortunately, in the most embarrassing kind of ways. <Book #1 in the Small Town Series> *not edited* ****************** #20 in #fakerelationships #86 in #stupid #2 in #highschoolproblems #50 in #stereotypes
