Delia Donovan is a young woman who has been living in Heather Harbor, a fictional port town of the Eastern Seaboard of the United States of America. In the year 1929, before the stock market crash and the great depression, is where Delia and her best friend break into a house, leading them to an object that neither suspect is more important than the usual two bits they get for stolen goods.

As Delia is chased by a mysterious woman with a hidden face, we follow her through the streets of Davenport where she grew up and goes to try and sell it, and back to Heather Harbor, where she and a handsome man, Mathew Lang, will embark on a trip to New York City, where she gets involved further with The Tenth Cube. Along the way, we'll meet many other chracters and go through a variety of different places, where Delia must discover the use of the artifact and, aided by her new friends, to find if and where it must be returned.

In just a few days, Delia's life will have changed forevermore.

[Book 1 of the ARC10 Trilogy] **Winner of the 2017 Watty Storysmith award** The President created an underground safe-haven for the survivors of the alien invasion. He built it to save them all from total annihilation. He protects them, feeds them, keeps them under his ever-watchful gaze so they can live. All he asks is that they obey. Captain Janika Lorn doesn't want to obey. Not if it means spreading her legs and contributing to the President's precious eugenics program. As a perfect candidate for the Human Hope Project, she is obligated by law to make more citizens for the dying society. But all she wants is her freedom to fight the Invaders and protect the people who already exist. If the mandated program wasn't bad enough, the worst part is trying to fulfill it with Captain Dean Freyer, her scientifically matched partner and best friend of sixteen years. Just as Captain Lorn is about to succumb to her fate, another opportunity arises. A mysterious commanding officer asks her to lead a human refugee ship--to save humanity by evacuating the destroyed Earth and shuttling the remaining population to a new habitable exoplanet 400 light years away. The mission is perilous. Especially because now, standing between her and her freedom is the hostile alien hosts of her ship, the ARC10, a sister returned from the dead, an array of impossibly confusing alien tech, a rekindled heat between her and Dean, and a sexy militia chief she can't seem to keep her hands off of. ARC10 is a romance-heavy sci-fi with the speculative horror of Atwood's The Handmaid's Tale and the military action of Battle: Los Angeles. Cover art by @FayLane Copyright © 2016 by LL Montez

The City Of Death

47 parts Complete Mature

Macy always knew that one day, her life was going to end. Living inside the walled structure known as the City, Macy's life had been planned for her from the day she was born. She would go to school, pick a job to apprentice at, and would keep that job until the day she performed an extraordinary stunt that would take her life. As the City's youngest and most successful doctor, Macy holds a vital role in upholding the City's structure and values. But when a fatal error in judgment strips her of her title, Macy is left totally adrift. That is, until the Cardinals give her an important mission. Infiltrate the Renegades, a rebel group living outside the walls. After years of failing to do so themselves, the Cardinals assign Macy the task of finding the Renegades' weakness and delivering their leader, Atlas, to them. Macy is more than willing to accept the mission- after all, the Renegades were responsible for the disappearance of her sister, Skye, fifteen years prior. But once outside the walls, Macy discovers a twisted web of lies and secrets. As the lines between right and wrong begin to blur, Macy is no longer sure who's at the center of the deceit. And for the first time, Macy begins to doubt all the things she's been told her whole life. Who really is Atlas? What are the Cardinals' true goals? And, most importantly, what actually happened to Skye?
