Dan and Phil have been friends all their lives. Phil was a sweet and kind boy, Dan was a punk. Phil liked the color blue and sunshine, but loved emo music and the dark. Dan loved the color black and the emo aesthetic, but he loved flowers and the sunrise. So, as you would think, they fit like puzzle pieces. 
When the boys turned 12, Dan began to act weird. He painted his nails, he started to wear the flowers that he found pretty. started to like boys. Though that was the only normal thing about him, most people expected that. 
Dan's parents sent him to live with his aunt because they couldn't stand what he had became. So, Dan and Phil said their good byes because, this was what they thought to be their last good by.
