As an official research facility their sole purpose was to find out about quirk development but what people didn't know was that they were trying to create people with multiple quirk. A lot of quirkless children went missing without a trace and no one ever found them. No child ever escaped the facility but one and that was Izuku Midoriya. He knew exactly who this facility belong too and what they were doing here. The project he goes under was called Project Nomu and he also knew certain information about Project Chimera! The Summoning Hero
Izuku was a strange child, when he was a kid he found out he had a quirk but the doctors had no idea what it was or how it worked. Because of this he tried everything he could think of to try make his mom's or dad's quirks work but absolutely nothing did. As he was slowly pushed away by everyone except for his mother, he had no one, no friends or anything, because of this he gained the hobby of drawing to help him cope with the loneliness. Years passed by and he finally accepted that he was quirkless and because of that everyone all but increased in the bullying making Izuku even more isolated.
