Mature
When Naomi's fiance dies, her grand plans to leave her hometown to become an artist in a city, a whole other world, are quickly put on hold. She goes through life in a fog, going through the motions but not really living. Even though she thinks she is over it, she still remembers everything about Elijah and what they did together, how they met, what they planned.

When she meets Jasmine, a beautiful actor from the theatre where Naomi creates sets, she realizes that she has not only found an interesting person, but there's something more. Together, they get over the awkward, painful encounter that began their relationship and become friends. They have a lot in common, and being with Jasmine, Naomi begins to explore her dream once again.

As the two girls grow closer, they realize there is something more than friendship to their relationship. Jasmine is the only one Naomi can go to for understanding. Naomi is the only one Jasmine can go to for an escape. They have to navigate their way through the baggage each has that keeps them apart.

Talking about their dreams, they feel an underlying desperation, as they each begin to feel more and more trapped in their own world and soon, Jasmine starts to not be enough for Naomi, and she soon makes a drastic decision.

Noa never forgot Eli-the best friend she secretly loved in high school before she had to leave without warning. A decade later, Noa has become a renowned photographer, known for capturing people in ways they've never seen themselves. Eli, now one of the world's top models, is untouchable-effortlessly beautiful, endlessly photographed, and always just out of reach. When Noa is unexpectedly assigned to shoot Eli for a major campaign, she braces herself for the inevitable collision of past and present. But when Eli greets her with the same easy charm she had all those years ago-without the slightest hint of recognition-Noa makes a choice. She doesn't remind her. What starts as a professional partnership turns into something more complicated. As they travel from city to city, working in foreign studios and sunlit sets, Noa watches Eli through her lens, searching for traces of the girl she used to know. The way she tilts her head, the way she laughs, the way she bites her lip when she's thinking-it's all still there. And yet, Eli remains distant, unknowingly standing on the other side of a story she doesn't remember. Noa tells herself it's enough to be near her again, to exist in Eli's world, even if she can never say what she really feels. But emotions are harder to edit out than a photograph, and the more time they spend together, the more Eli begins to notice the way Noa looks at her. Somewhere between the shutter clicks and stolen moments, Eli remembers and starts to wonder: has Noa always seen her this way?

In High School, Jasmine Raynes had been a antisocial overweight introvert with a cloud of despair hanging over her head. She had no friends since people just seemed to avoid her and she could hear a voice in her head that resulted from depression and her very own negativity towards herself. She seemed only to get any reprieve when she made music by playing the piano and singing. Laurent Bourgeois on the other half, had been a popular and handsome half of a dancing duo called Les Twins that featured him and his twin brother Larry, whom at even the young of fifteen were well known dancers from France to America and had whatever they pleased. He came across Jasmine by chance one day after school while passing by the chorus room, where her voice echoed from within. Her solemn and melodic singing captivated him from the start and unable to resist the magnetic pull, he entered the room and found her there, all alone. He eventually fell in love with Jasmine after spending everyday together inside that chorus room and they became an odd couple for all of high school together. Then without warning and with an vague explanation on graduation day, Laurent left Jasmine, disappearing with his brother. It's been a couple of years now and Jasmine leads a simple life now that she finally acquired after fighting depression a second time but Laurent returns and they cross paths again. How will they handle old emotions and re emerging pains? *Slowly Revising*

This is a mature, standalone girlxgirl story. Caitlyn never expected her best friend's little sister to kiss her on New Year's Eve four years ago. To her, Hazel was always Jace's awkward little sister nicknamed, "sprout," that tagged along in car rides, wore baggy clothing, and would be afraid of being the slightest bit tardy to class. So, of course, Caitlyn had to let her down gently before Hazel returned to her first year of college. Four years later, her best friend presents her with the idea of moving in with Hazel, who freshly graduated college. Obviously, she agrees, because what harm can little ole' sprout do? A lot. Because, Hazel is a lot different than what Caitlyn remembers. Bratty, tight clothing, and overall body of a goddess, all paired with the Hazel she knew and loved. But, under this new exterior, Caitlyn can't help but think differently of the woman that kissed her four years ago. - Hazel was always in love with her brother's best friend, Caitlyn. Ever since they were kids, she admired her from afar and tried to get as close as possible. So, misinterpreting the signs, during winter break of her freshman year of college, she decides to kiss her. Oh, she was sorely mistaken. Crushed. Heartbroken. Humiliated. Hazel goes back to college with the intention to forget about Caitlyn and reinvent herself. Yet, when she's found herself in shitty situation where her apartment isn't available for the next year, her brother convinces her to move in with Caitlyn. What could go wrong?
