Her mom dies from something shocking that you have to read in the story. She ends up living with her stepdad who she thought was nice and caring but soon changes. He abuses her and one day she escapes and tells what happened and he is arrested. She lives in an orphanage for five years. Her life has been broken ever since than. She ha no one. No one to care for her. No family. She is broken. Broken heart. This all changes when the famous boy band one direction comes. When she least expects it, she falls hard in love with one of them.
