starscream finds a rare cybertronian tech turning her and the silver mech human . They must find the cure into the human world. They stumble upon the two human children, Raphael and Miko, who is "Glad" to help the decepticons but as long the two act as a their parents for their meeting with the government so they don't get sent to a place for awful children.
