Scarlett moves to a small town, in the middle of nowhere after her aunt suddenly dies. Shocked by her death, and struggling to move on, she lives with her only surviving relative, her grandmother. She is haunted by her past and confused at her family's death. Moving into this town also means a fresh start in a new school. Scarlett is both unnerved and drawn to her classmates, two boys, Hunter and Alex. But Alex seems, unusual, to say the least. And Hunter is lying to her. Both boys, and their respective groups, seem to be pitted against each other in a silent war. Scarlett is determined to find out why, but her grandmother is acting strangely also. With her Alex, Hunter and her grandmother all hiding dangerous secrets from her, who she chooses to trust, may be the one to save her. Or kill her.

Fresh Blood (Book 1)

15 parts Complete

Supernatural beings have been exposed to the public. For now everything sits in comfortable inconspicuousness, as the oldest beings wanted it. They've released enough information to keep everyone happy. To keep everyone thinking they know enough to protect themselves from the big bad monsters of the night. But curiosity always manages to weave its way into all things, whether it's wanted there or not. Olivia was born and raised in a household that despised supernatural beings. Her father is an anti-supernatural extremist. Her mother? She can't quite pin down where she stands on their existence. While Olivia always found them interesting, she knew she would have no part in that world if her father had any say. She would certainly never knowingly associate with a supernatural being. Little does she know, she's much closer to them than anyone could have imagined. Ripped out of bed one evening by her mother, Olivia is cast into the world of werewolves without any preparation.
