Fernstar is drowning under the weight of expectations.
He is expected to do so much- after all, his mother was the previous leader of RiverClan and his father was one of the strongest fighters the Clan had ever seen. Surely, their son would be perfect, would he not?
But Fernstar isn't his mother or father. He wants to stay in the Clan, preserve his lives and be a normal cat.
But that's not exactly easy. His sleep has been plagued of nightmares of drowning, and he fears that it will become a reality.
The true dury of a leader is to be selfless, and Fernstar is far from that.
