Alex rides for a living. She's known only this for as long as she could remember because it helps ease the pain and brokenness and it helps pay the bills. But on a hard day's ride, a storm settling in and shes forced to go home under the watchful eye of her new bodyguard/mechanic/weirdo/whatever Chase does to annoy her, she realizes that to be free she's has to go through things not just around them and face people she's not faced long since.
