se ha vuelto a abrir la vieja prisión de alcatraz, debido a que se necesitaba seguridad para presos de muy alta capacidad para crear desastres a nivel ciudad o peor, cuando recién había sido inaugurada, uno de los presos consiguió escapar y borrar su pista a través de nueva california, los mas descomunal fue que no se logro conseguir ninguna pista que los llevara a el ya que no se le había podido relacionar con ninguna actividad de robo o asesinato, por lo cual el jefe de policía y el presidente decidieron poner aprueba un proyecto para juntar unos reclutas con habilidades especiales para encontrar al preso, pararlo y llevarlo a la justicia.

But then there was Gogo Tomago, a young woman who caught your eye. Your first time meeting her was not exactly ideal, as you ended up knocking her bike over. Which she did not like very much. So you went home feeling awful, but your little sister made you feel better. You decide not to listen to the radio for crime, but after a few days you could not help yourself and tune in. To soon go into action after discovering a gang fight was about to go down, where innocents could get hurt. But little to your knowledge, there was already a hero group in the city.
