Journey is a girl who turns self-destructive after a series of traumatizing events. She struggles to communicate with her dysfunctional family and the outside world. After realizing her refusal to "revert back to normal" her mother begins to just force her into the elite world. Stumbling upon a PTSD program, Journey's mother signs her up curious about what will happen. Luna is a boy who is constantly in emotional and physical pain that alters his sense of reality. His abusive mother does not help either...

Through an error in the PTSD program, both children meet each other and begin on a journey to help each other. Will they help each other in time before one does something drastic...
