The world collapsed when the Amendment was passed. Millions of people died, fires ravaged cities, crime rates rose to monumental levels - all because the government decided to give up on itself. Jasper lives in the remnants of the City. He is an Outsider, born and raised in one of the few areas untouched by the Amendment. He fled to the City to escape his past. However, violent memories are beginning to resurface, leading him on a wild mission to discover the history he tried so hard to deny.
