Imagine a world where the millionaires had powers; mind control, flight, cytokinesis and anything you can imagine. Only 1 in 1000 people have powers. That is reality for best friends Louise and Neptune. Families known for being gifted are in the top one percent, controlling everything, while "normies" are left in poverty barely able to feed their families. Unlike most Louise and Neptune were born with powers into a "Normie" family, a rare occurrence that was usually overlooked. Their parents couldn't afford to send them to the school gifted went to nor did their families really care to either. After years of neglect from their families they ran away together strengthening their powers together and learning to manage them. Neptune is a speedster who can use the force to create lightning bolts and punch hard enough to break solid cement - While Louise... Well she can tell when someone is going to die or has died. They say she's a Banshee since even her scream can do some real damage.
