Team Rocket is undercover (again). For years they have been waiting for the perfect opportunity to capture Pikachu. They are so close that they can feel the electricity of victory (not defeat) already.

But James is disheartened. Team Rocket has had their nose to the grindstone for over a decade. His friends are as obsessed as ever with Pikachu, but he can't bring himself to stalk Ash and co. anymore. It's time for a new chapter in life-hopefully one where he's not being burnt to a crisp or screaming like a girl every other day.

So when the twerps come to their restaurant on a date and sit in James' section he must make a decision-turn Ash and Misty over to the wrath of Jessie and Meowth or, a plan that shocks even him, let them have a nice dinner. Of course, if he did that and Jessie found out he would be forced to leave Team Rocket.

He would never blast off again.
