Story comes around a 26 years old, talented, hopeless romantic doctor. Sam has been inlove for 8 years with her first love. Naging doctor siya dahil lang sa kakasunod sa kanyang first love na si Julius. After getting rejected and left with so much pain, she went away for two years to forget about her tragic love life and become one of the most successful doctors dito sa Pilipinas. Julius, the hot, talented doctor, who thought of nothing but achieving his life-long dream of becoming a doctor, finally became one of the country's most successful doctors.
