Sean Thompson ist Spezialagent der Geheimorganisation CSVIDSUVDCWV (keiner weiß so genau wofür die Abkürzung eigentlich steht). Der beste auf seinem Gebiet. Connor Bennett ist Polizist. Der schlechteste auf seinem Gebiet.
Während Sean in der Organisation in den höchsten Himmel gelobt wird, ist Connor kurz davor rausgeworfen zu werden. Doch bekommt er noch eine Chance sich zu beweisen.
Beide machen sich paralell zueinander an die Arbeit und schon bald kommen beide auf die Spur eines gewissen Joep Haan, der wohl im direkten zusammenhang zur holländischen Russenmafia zu stehen scheint.
Nun müssen sich die Beiden nach Amsterdam auf machen um alles genaustens in erfahrung zu bringen und den dunklen Machenschaften der holländischen Russenmafia ein Ende zu setzten.
