A group of friends must fight the evil PreCure known as Cure Nightshade who has taken the soul of one of their own classmates.So, in order to save her, they must use the powers of the flowers and space as her minions hae been slowly taking the Soul Bottles from the people and animals of earth, leaving them as hollow husks. So the six girls known as the Petal Stars PreCure must save humanity.
