What is Voltron meant for? King Alfor was the creators of the Lions of Voltron. He told everyone across the Universe that they would be safe from the reign of tyranny as long as they kept faith in Voltron. That's exactly what they did. The people of the universe believed in Voltron. That is what Voltron was made for. To keep people safe! Not to use a weapon to destroy the universe. The White Lion was never used. The only reason the king made it was as a backup. But he also made it with two functions. The White Lion was the heart of Voltron. It guided Voltron.
