While she may not be able to see her children grow, she loves them all the same. And they love her. Death is their mother. The one to create from what Life abandons, to grant them the power to protect the Abandoned, and gift them the rule of balance. - For each child that strays from the path of balance, Death weeps each time. Balance is meant to be kept and a child should not harbor ill intentions of ruling realms. The previous Master of Death is an example of what happens to children who betray her so harshly. - Ichigo is a child of Magic and of Shinigami. A young witch expelled from Mahōtokoro due to simple rumors and radicalness, now hides in the Living World and lives a somewhat normal human life, experimenting and exploring the depths and unknown of magic on the side.
