Willow is a 14 year old girl who is trying to make the most of the rest of her Summer when a mermaid is found off the coast of her small town.  The creature is placed in an aquarium to live out its days in a small tank.  Willow can't help but feel bad for the poor thing and takes it upon herself to release her back into the ocean.  However, it won't be easy with a persistent scientist and a less than willing friend.  Willow has got her work cut out for her.All Rights Reserved
