A plague of unearthly creatures ascend from the Pacific Ocean and begin laying waste to southern California. The military tries desperately to defend its citizens from the horde of twisted, wriggling flesh that's thirsty for their blood, but falls victim themselves. Like a wave of death and mayhem, they descend on Los Angeles and its neighboring communities, tearing bloody swathes through their populations. All that's left for the government is to quarantine the entire area and pray their deaths come quick as the unending army of nightmares begins its descent onto the rest of the world.
