Sometimes, instead of bursting out because of your overwhelming emotion towards people and things around you, it is better to write. Let the paper know all that is keeping your heart beats normally.
Before you could realize it, you are slowly getting calm. You are slowly getting creative and slowly, you are developing skills that would somehow make you a better person. Turn all the sadness as your advantage to grow more because that is what challenges really meant in our life.
