"Wow, you're real observant aren't you. I could ask you the same thing. Do you like stalking other people, or is it just a hobby of yours? Who even are you anyway?" My voice was tight with strain and frustration. He needed to go away. It was getting more and more difficult to keep that crackling heat from exploding and swallowing me whole. It had been months since the last time I had lost control. I wouldn't lose control. I wouldn't. I just needed to focus and ignore the idiot who had been babbling the entire time I had been thinking. My fists clenched and opened repeatedly, as I blew out a breath.
He stopped walking and formally bowed- freaking bowed- to me like a proper orderly and spoke in some posh accent, "The name's Kid Flash, my lady. And whom may I have the absolute pleasure of accompanying this evening?" I looked at him oddly, still clenching my fists, and wondering how much medication he had missed this morning. What the Hell kind of name is Kid Flash? I shook my head and continued to walk. Focus.
"I'm a person who you do not want to mess with, you lunatic. Do yourself a favor: go get checked into a mental hospital and leave me alone." I mumbled through clenched teeth, walking faster than before. Yet, he still followed me.
