Okay, so, the story so far; about ten years ago there was another world war - we're not sure how it started, all we know is that everything happened; nuclear bombs, dirty bombs, chemical weapons, weaponized viruses, and regular old-fashioned warfare and in a few months the world's population went from seven billion to... well, no one's sure. Seven million? A hundred Million? A hundred thousand?
So, whatever your depopulation conspiracy theory is, there's probably some of it in what happened.

The story is set on post-apocalyptic Earth. A hundred years ago, the "X virus" broke out. Transmitted through liquids and gases, it had an extremely high mortality rate and quickly infected nearly all life on Earth. The human population plummeted from 7 billion to 3 billion, but those who survived discovered their bodies evolving, becoming faster, taller, and stronger. Tragically, animals also began to evolve, becoming even more powerful than humans. Bullets couldn't penetrate their armor, and even nuclear bombs couldn't threaten high-level monsters. With modern technology practically useless, warriors rose to prominence. Through training, these warriors mastered immense powers, allowing them to battle monsters tens or even hundreds of feet tall. Humanity lost all its oceans and islands, including Australia. Ultimately, only five nations remained: these five great powers formed humanity's 23 base cities. Decades passed, and it wasn't until the rise of the protagonist, Zorro, that the balance between humanity and monsters was finally broken.

In the year 1970 an unknown chemical breached the Earth surface. For 17 days people all around the world reported strange illnesses followed by a slow agonizing death. Then as quick as it came it seemingly vanished without a trace. Fast forward to the early 20's individuals around the globe started to develop strange abilities. Some having strange animal or insect like features or mutations. Pretty soon the world fell into fear and panic thus nicknaming these gifted individuals Freaks. Not soon after an organization was formed with the soul purpose to keep the Freaks under control. Fast forward five years later we have a small ragtag group of freaks calling themselves the I'LL Born. From the beginning to start. (the following story is made as realistic as possible, where missing details, multiple entries, like audios, etc...) it's a experimental phase that i tested, and some people liked it, im now going to try it for you, and the others, to tell me if you like this style, and if you like it). No one really knew how X's came to be. One day there weren't any, the next day half the population was wiped out. All Karma knew was that they are technological monsters, fit to be the world's biggest weapon, after the splitting particle ray which could reduce any person into air particles in a millisecond. Karma realised how simple it would be to destroy an army even with one X. They were practically indestructible, perfect killing machines, only they'd turned on the government, apparently. Or maybe those bastards had escaped perfectly unharmed, watching how the country was being destroyed. Maybe it was an excuse for overpopulation. xx-xx Karma has been trying to survive for over a year, but it's difficult when X's, mechanical killing machines, roam the streets, hungry for human flesh. Every day that passes by without finding a portal brings the morale lower. They need to escape the country before they all end up dead. It doesn't help that the X's have changed their tactics and are now manipulating people to commit suicide. The death rate keeps increasing, and Karma has to find out what family means, and to what extremes she would go to save the ones she loves.Complete

Everything started in 2036. The pollution was so bad that the end of the world was predicted to be right around the corner. As complete panic set in around the world, the rich and important people were all gathered and placed on giant spaceships with enough resources and room to house generations of human beings. Before they left though, the government leaders fired As a result, most of the human population died off and earth was a complete wasteland. The little that survived started building local communities and trying to survive in the destroyed excuse of a planet. On the disaster of a planet, creatures mutated and were born out of the nuclear chemicals; creating new species and monsters that hunted humans. While hundreds and hundreds of years passed, the monsters kept evolving and the people kept adapting while still trying to keep a sort of community. They didn't want to lose all of their humanity and become nothing more than animals that hunted the monsters: then they would truly be no better than the monsters themselves. So they stayed civil while still doing what it took to survive.Complete
