Because Hecate didn't watch her pet world closely that the most important school in the wizarding world end up being destroyed by Percy's enemies. So, Hecate sends them back in time. When? When the golden trio went back to Hogwarts to repeat their seventh year since it was the time Hogwarts got destroyed. So, Percy and his friends has to save Hogwarts from being destroyed.
