Kristen Harthy is you average 19 year old girl. She wasn't popular, but she had friends. She wasn't rich, but she had a place to stay. And she most certainly wasn't girly. But she wasn't a tomboy either. You could definitely describe her as inbetween. On the last day of freshman year of college, Kristen is relieved to get out of that hell-hole. She has a trip all planned out for her bestfriend, June Gray, and her to go to Florida for a month during the summer.
