The general plot is not mine.
Cut down 5% of the population annually or there will not be enough resources. That's what the country is forced to do.
How?
One test determines if you survive. Everyone from first grade to high school seniors have to take it once a year. Those who fail will be eliminated.
But Alexander Hamilton shouldn't worry. He has one of the highest GPAs. He'll make it, right?

Fight like hell
No one saw this coming, something like this happening is never planned by anyone, it was small at first, subtle warning's from the news then it hit hard within a couple hours, weeks. Pretty soon people were screaming, running from loved one's that caught a strange virus that was floating around for some reason that is still unknown a year later.
