What if the first people from the arc to set foot on the earth in hundred years weren't the first? What if they sentenced a girl to die there only a year prior? After all, they did. What crime could be so bad that they sent a sixteen year old there alone to die? Why didn't they just float her?

The most famous criminal on the arc, no one knew of her exact crime, only who she was. Most thought the girl to be dead, floated just like the other delinquents soon would be. She was the only criminal in all of the arcs history to have been executed before her eighteenth birthday. She soon became a ghost story, people speculated constantly, maybe she was still alive and on the arc, stealing and killing to stay alive.

What they didn't know is that she was still alive, but not on the arc. She was on earth.

This is the rebelling of a tale as old as earth, one of people of the sky and those of the ground. The conflicts that arise and how our hero handles these problems. This is the story of Artemis Finnegan the leader of the people of the sky
