Alex is forced to move to America because of her dads knew business. Like any old teenager, she has to go to a new school. However, she gets bullied at for wearing dark clothes and being 'emo'. Despite the misfortune, Alex makes two friends who are always there on her side as she tells her story through words of sweet pain and bitter happiness. Join Alex's adventure until the very end, when a sudden jolt of misfortune struck the girls friendship, causing a not so happily after, after all!
