When you are hurt multiple times, it numbs you. The pain goes away. Everything is dull. If you push your feelings away, you get into the habit of selfishly blaming yourself . People are mirrors. You see the marks and cracks on yourself when you look into it. Just like insults. Every negative remark is a mirror shaping you to be something it wants you to be. Humanity is one way glass. Others see you as the person you make yourself out to be. Your personality sees and adapts to others but, others can't see into your personality. If you gain unwanted hope, you adapt to it and gain confidence off of it. Something always sparks and creates feelings. You can't have one feeling without the rest. When feelings come back, the pain comes with it. You start all over. This is my story.

You have a right to feel the way you do. You have a right to keep things private or to share and speak about these experiences to others. No matter what you choose, it is your decision to make. However, do not let your fear dismiss the truth. Do not believe the lies you constantly tell yourself to ignore the pain you are feeling. Do not let the sum of someone else's trauma silence you.
