Being different is okay...right?

'Come on! I ranted in head. Just a little further, then I'll be free. Please, all I need is this then I might have a normal life. My fingertips grazed its cool surface before my vision started blur. Before I knew anything, I was falling, with something hard caged in my hand like an animal. But as I started to loose all my senses, I realised that something wasn't right, that maybe once I woke up, my life would be very different even if I did complete my job...
Hello! Bonjour! Hallo! Konichiwa!
My name is Jacqueline. Jacqueline Frost. I am anything but normal. It isn't that hard to spot me, my hair is literally a snowball, my eyes are a very unnatural shade of ice blue. I'm different because of that... right? WRONG! A few years ago I woke up in a hospital not remembering anything but my name. (And the English language, before any of you make a side remark?) . They told me- no wait- I'll be cruel and make you read the book to find out! Mwah ha ha ha!?... No? Okay I'll stop now...
(Please note this is my very first book/story thing so I apologise if there are any mistakes or things that don't make sense!) Rise of the Guardians fanfic and femjack?
