Short story for the heck of it. It was for a writing contest and I thought it was good enough to share on here. I thoroughly enjoyed writing about this character and may do so further in the future.

I wrote this for EVERYONE. To appeal to anyone that reads ANY genre. It combines almost all of them. It's an introduction to the Worlds of Within universe. When you get to the action parts (which doesn't take long) you should be invested enough to want to unravel the mysteries and enjoy its intrigue... The flood is raging.
