They were from two different worlds. She was John F. Arthur High School's Queen Bee, he was the King of Nerds. Her father was the CEO of a successful multi-million dollar company, his father was a humble mechanic who owned Prescott Repairs. She was Ms. Popular, he was the dirt everyone walked on. She was harsh and mean to him like her other stuck up cheerleader friends and other jocks. She denied him the prom he always wanted. But it wasn't always like that. They were once childhood friends, almost sweethearts. Now, thirteen years later, they run into each other again. Will Sam find it in his heart to forgive Bethany?

Shawn looked at me with a puzzled face. "What are you writing?" I looked up from my new journal and smiled. "I'm writing everything that has happened lately, so that I don't forget. If I don't write this quickly, I'll forget it. And besides, this way I will know what not to do the next time I meet a handsome boy." He smiled. "So, basically it's an idiot's guide to falling in love?" I laughed. "Yes, exactly." We both stayed silent for a few seconds, just looking into each other's eyes. "Wait, did you just call me an idiot?" He looked at me, trying to contain his laughter, but he couldn't. * There's a thin line between love and hate. Very few are brave enough to cross it. After all, not everyone knows how to forgive. Emma Reynolds always thought she'd never forgive Shawn Becker and his friends after what they did to her in middle school. But what if for once in her life she stands up for herself and crosses the line? * Cover by: @Tweeter109
