Tony is a cold, tough and grumpy girl who dress and acts not a lady like. Her mother died after giving birth of her and Tony didn't know who her father is. She grew up with the guide of her single parent grandma and two single parent aunties. To think of it, it's like a curse in their family to be a single parent and loser in love. Their family history changed her perceptions in life. Growing up with no guy in their family, hating love and afraid to fall in love at the same time.

Chandel on the other hand is just like a typical rich, womanizer, manipulative and heartbreaker man in their generation. He is family oriented and grew up getting whatever he likes by hook or by crook. He has a standard for his girls and it's a shame to just like someone out of his set standard and didn't even reach a bit of it.

Chandel David never thought that he would meet someone that will break his holding principles and standard. Is this his karma? His karma for hurting women and breaking their hearts. A karma that he will fall for a girl who's not even giving glimpse of him and hates his presence.
