Lloyd was killed the moment everyone knew he was Garmadon's child. Nobody wanted the dark lord's son around as a whisper.
Now the soul of the seven-year-old is free, and is looking for a certain something. He was a purple whisper, despite everyone not wanting him to be, and now the green flames haunt everyone.
It wasn't looking too hot for the ninja. It seems like Garmadon received some help from a close ally, and is climbing up the ranks fast. Straight towards the ninja. There isn't much time left before darkness rises... or maybe not

The ninja finally defeats Lord Garmadon and Lloyd gets his dad back. Everyone is happy again, but the darkness that was in Garmadon finds its way to Lloyd which causes him to slowly become meaner and more emo. The darkness takes full control of Lloyd and makes him just as evil as his dad, but more powerful since he is still the Green Ninja. The rest of the team is left to figure out who and or what is powerful enough to destroy the evilness in him without harming their friend. This is the first book I EVER wrote, so read at your own risk... One year later, a group of assassins, sent to kill Garmadon and his family, ambushed them in the night. Garmadon and Misako escaped, but their two children didn't. The couple were determined to avenge their fallen children and defeat the ones responsible for their deaths, or so they thought. In the present day, the ninja, Kai, Cole, Jay, Nya, and Zane, with their masters, Wu and Garmadon, discover a large organization of the same assassins that attacked Misako and Garmadon being lead by a powerful and dangerous foe on an unknown island they never knew about-the Dark Island. This foe was unlike others, he was the eternal enemy of the First Spinjitzu Master. Together, the ninja team work their way over to the island to try and fight them, not knowing that a small group, who aren't so different from the ninja, are already working on it.
