Panic! At The Disco
Ryan Ross and Brendon Urie are the two most failing students in their class. The cause: they are both extremely sleep deprived. Brendon has insomnia and off-the-counter sleeping pills won't cut it, but his parents are too poor to buy prescribed medication. Ryan has had a paranoia of the witching hour and being alone at night ever since he began writing horror stories online, so no matter what, he always waits until the clock hits 4 AM until he's able to relax. One day they are both given detention in the library by a teacher who's "had enough" of their slack, where they are supposed to work on extra assignments to cover up failed work. The two boys meet. There begins the creation of: "The Sleeping Partner Project"

Brendon Urie is not the school super star. He's the geeky kid with a bad haircut and terrible taste in conversation. When summer comes around, his mother decides her son needs a new place to make friends and expand his musical talent. Upset and worried about messing up in front of his fellow classmen, Brendon endures a full two weeks of Band Camp under the watchful eyes of his section leader and cabin mate, Ryan Ross.
