Mermaids, Humans and Sirens have never mixed. Wars have been waged, genocides carried out, and battles fought. After a few hundred years of fighting and death, the two water-bound races disappeared, hiding within the deep ocean. Over time, the general population forgot about their existence- that is, until the protagonists of this story somehow managed to weasel their ways into this book and prove that sometimes, even in this unforgiving, harsh world, damage can be fixed and bonds healed; if only somebody cared. [PS- I am super sorry to whoever I stole the cover from. I will replace it I PROMISE, but if you know the owner or are the owner, please let me know if you want me to remove it. Sorry.]
