This story is based off a mini plot twist, but otherwise this is just an After Mockingjay story. The plot twist is basically that Katniss didn't kiss Peeta when they were in the Capitol during the Rebellion, and how it would effect Peeta's recovering, since that is obviously taking it a step back. --- Katniss is broken, tortured, and she has lost almost everyone she ever took a second to care about. Almost. Peeta is still alive, but also still hijacked. Will Katniss find a way to cure Peeta, and get him to come back to her? And how does their future, after the Rebellion, look? (The first 16 chapters has been re-written, because I accidentally deleted the story oops)

Peeta and Katniss move on with their lives as a married couple. And so many unexpected things happen along the way. With all these events going on, will Peeta and Katniss get through them? Will they get their happy ending? WARNING: I wrote this story when I was 13 years old and it is very horribly written. It has lots of grammatical and spelling errors and it is undergoing some serious editing. Haha. Read at your own risk!
