This is the story about Gerard Way, who is fighting with a cancer. He starts to appreciate everyone and everything that came in his life for the last time. His family but not his girlfriend. Gerard hardly tries to avoid Lindsay Winn because he doesn't want her to be totally upset after he died.
He meets some friends at the hospital. They are Frank and Toro. It ends up he feels so regret to die; to leave his mom, brother, friends and girlfriend.
This novel is adapted from My Chemical Romance song titled Cancer. Covered by Twenty One Pilots and it is one of the emotional song they ever cover.
