Faye Miller, was once a happy and confident girl, she had lots of friends because of her positive attitude, she was also an honor student. She was happy with her life despite of not having her parents beside her, but all of that changed when her grandmother, the one who raised her while her parents were working abroad, passed away from an illness. She shut the world out and never cared about the friends she made, and eventually, so did they, except for her childhood friend. She began having a very stoic and cold attitude towards people. Kaden Tucker, her annoying, cocky, and understanding childhood friend who is also her best friend, stuck to her like glue ever since they made a promise to each other when they were kids. She tried to push him away, but he never left her no matter what. She was annoyed, but at the same time grateful for him always being there for her. She was still an honor student, but only because she never cared about anything else, but her studies. She knows her grandmother valued education, which is why she did as well. One day, Theodore Acker, a transfer student, who later became the captain of the football team and adored by everyone in school bumped into Faye and started to notice her. ~..~ Bear with me.. -_-" - H_W

Here she is. I can see the slope of her spine through that thin shirt. She's made of angles I ache to smooth with a hand, but I'd use my lips if she asked. I brush her knuckles with mine. Her skin is cold, but she flips her palm for more contact. I lace our fingers. It's enough to make her look at me. As those kaleidoscopic eyes meet mine, I hold my breath. Then she sets her lips just under my jaw. It rips the air from my lungs. It's the softest thing I've ever felt. "What was that for," I breathe. She pulls back, lashes damp, and whispers, "You're the kind of person that should be kissed." 𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙩 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙩 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 BOOK TWO C O N T A I N S : ❤︎ mature content ❤︎ romance & friendship ❤︎ yearning Copyright © 2021-present Laurel Montaze (immoralLaurel).
