Alternative fan fiction that intersects with Outlander's Ep 116 entitled To Ransom a Man's Soul ends on the ship to France. 

Jamie, Claire and Murtagh meet an unusual woman, Victoria Michaels, on the ship bound for France. Jamie and Claire overhear Victoria, a 40 year-old woman, speaking with some of the other passengers about raising money for the Jacobites. She appears to be the leader and instigator and Claire attempts get close to her, in order to gather more information about the Jacobites and in the hope that they will be able to stop the war before it starts. Murtagh doesn't know why but he doesn't like or trust the peculiar woman and doesn't hesitate to show it. What they don't know is the Victoria is more than a Jacobite sympathizer and has more in common with Claire and Jamie than any of them realize.All Rights Reserved

This is my first fic, it's an adaption of Outlander where Faith, Jamie and Claire's first child, lives. This timeline is not the same as the shows/books, but the storyline still stays the same (mostly). Claire gave birth to Faith before they left for France and when they return home to Lallybroch, she is 4. They restart their lives at Lallybroch and they find the happiness they have always been looking for, but spring comes, and so does news of Jamie being a Jacobite.
