This story is about an orphaned lion cub being adopted by Sarafina. Her name is Crystal and she is Nala's adopted sister. Originally I was not going to do any more TLK stories. But this came to my mind and wouldn't leave. This story is based on the first movie and then there will be a sequel based on the second movie. Crystal has been called the 'Jewel' of the pride while Nala is the princess. Simba is of course the prince. If you wish to find out Crystal's story then please read the story.All Rights Reserved

After losing her parents at a young age to a murderous lion and facing abuse from her mean spirited aunt, a young African-Romani woman named Shani runs away from her village and ends up wandering off in the savannah. After having a run in with three hyenas, she is ultimately rescued by a strong Lion King named, Mufasa. After having done something for one of his pride members, he returns the favor and takes her in. She gets to know his queen Sarabi and his young cub named Simba. During her time with Mufasa and his pride, she comes to realize that they have more of connection then they thought. After tragedy strikes once again, Shani and Simba are sent into exile and they run away into a jungle to be taken in by a meerkat named Timon and a warthog named Pumbaa. When they are forced to return to The Pridelands to face Mufasa's evil brother Scar, will Shani fight her fears to help Simba take his place as king and find out who she truly is within herself? Side note, I don't own the Lion King and some of the characters used in this story, those being: Simba, Nala, Kiara, Kion, Kopa, Mufasa, Scar, or The Hyena Trio. Those characters belong to their rightful owners, but every other character, however, is owned and was created by me.
