A lot has happened in Lily's life that made her become a different person. Her mother died giving birth to her, her father has blamed and beaten her for it and her siblings tried to protect her but soon enough abandoned her for the life of crime...
When Lily got older, she moved far away from her siblings and disappeared, never to be heard from them again. During the time that she moved, she gained good friends such as Barry Allen, Cisco Ramon, Caitlyn Snow, Iris and Joe West and Doctor Harrison wells.
She's got a good job, good friends, and a better life, but the life of Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia and PSTD take over which is why she's quiet and guarded off from the rest of the world...even her friends don't know everything about her and what happened...
Lily has been working for the Flash when the Particle accelerator exploded, where she then gained the ability to manipulate the cold and ice. She was given the name Snowflake cause of her shy, and cute behavior thanks to Cisco Ramon aka her best friend.
