Death Boy. That's all they call Nico di Angelo. They make him cry. They make him want to die. They don't know what his home is like.

His sister is dead, his mother is dead, his father is long gone. He's living alone, nobody knows, and his one friend is the only person who supports. But still, the Death Boy only eats at school. Never sleeps. Thinks he's a waste of space.

Then Will Solace, Sun Dude, a blond with tan skin and being everything Nico isn't, shoves himself into the boy's life.

"I'll be your best friend."

But they didn't know how much trouble that would cause them both.
