Klaine after the time jump

This klaine story starts right after the final episode of glee. Kurt and Blaine are about to become parents. They live in New York but not with Santana and Rachel although they don't live far away. Kurt is working full time at vogue, Blaine has recently finished classes at NYADA and wondering what to do next and with a baby on the way.
