Sapphire is the high priestess of the whole kingdom.

Shadow has been a hates hedgehog for ibis whole life, being abandoned when he was 2 by his own mother, meeting the young woman Maria who saved him from death to only be killed for protecting him. He had fallen hard but Sapphire becomes the one he cherished most.

Both struggle to keep there heads above water as they try and keep there love a secret from others.
