After Civil War has settled a bit, and Bucky isn't being hunted down as much, Nick Fury has created a safe haven facility for Team Cap to hide out at during the time that they are being searched for. The whole group has been in the facility for nearly 5 months, when Cap starts thinking about Bucky all the time, to the extent of not being able to focus on his duties at all. Cap begins to work out a plan for Bucky to live with Team Cap, with the help of King T'Challa of course, meanwhile the rest of the group is unaware of the plan.
