With Hyrule on the verge of destruction from the massive civil war that's broken out, Link questions whether or not his life should come to an end. Then, he meets the charming Zora prince, Sidon. Sidon's positive attitude lifts Link's spirits up, and makes him think that maybe there is an end to this war. Link soon falls in love with the prince, but struggles to fight against the demons that rampage inside him, keeping him from being completely happy.
