Lucy is off to college! Bad news is that she's not going to be in town when she gets there. Promising to write her letters everyday, Natsu starts to leave tons of letters for Lucy in a day so she knows how much her friends, and him, miss having her around. Soon enough though, she starts to send shorter replies in longer time periods, sometimes forgetting wholly to send a letter back with how busy she gets with new friends and a new routine. What's Natsu to do when she stops sending letters altogether? Go to her college, of course! But that one action changes everything for them.

She's known as one of the best musicians in the whole school. Also she's a huge bookworm. But she loves music more. Lucy doesn't communicate by voice. When she does, she'll only do it to her closest friend. Lucy mostly communicates by music. She plays tons of instruments. Natsu one day is walking down the hall after school, when he suddenly hears piano music. The music is sad. He goes into the room Lucy is in silently.
